Go Far in FARGO! The 2011 Annual Meeting of the National Conference of Governor's Schools will be held October 6-8 in Fargo, North Dakota. The North Dakota Governor's School and North Dakota State University will host our annual meeting, focused on compieting our organization's history project.

The 2010 Annual Meeting of the National Conference of Governor's Schools will be held October 7-9 in Charleston, West Virginia. The meeting will be hosted by the Governor's Schools of West Virginia. The theme of this year's Annual Meeting is simply Networking. As Governor's Schools work through their host states' fiscal challenges, they rely on program advocates to spread the word about the life-changing educational experience Governor's Schools offer to students. The 2009 Annual Meeting of the National Conference of Governor's Schools will be held October 22-24 in Burlington, Vermont. The meeting will be jointly hosted by the New York State Summer School for the Arts and the Governor's Institutes of Vermont. The theme of this year's Annual Meeting is simply Challenges. Governor's Schools around the country face difficult challenges at the same time they challenge their students to excel. Join us as we review innovative ways to challenge our students and examine methods to identify and respond to the challenges that face our programs, our states and our nation.
