Complete the membership application form and send, with check or money order made payable to the National Conference of Governor's Schools, to the address listed below.

Annual dues are $75 for active and associate members, and membership runs from November 1 to October 31 of the calendar year. Associate membership dues are waived for full-time students and alumni, but we suggest a $10 contribution from such members.

The membership application form is as an editable and savable PDF document. You may type directly into the application and save to your hard drive. All forms require original signature.
