An article titled "Area 5 Attend School for Arts" in The Journal [Martinsburg, WV] features students who recently attended the West Virginia Governor's School for the Arts.
The Governor's Schools of West Virginia are three-week summer sessions
for academically and artistically talented students from across the
state. The schools consist of three programs that take place every
summer on various college campuses. The students live on campus and
attend classes, workshops and events with prominent faculty and
instructors from their field.
