Who is a member of NCoGS?

NCoGS members are faculty, staff, alumni, parents, administrators, and supervisors of governor's school programs from around the country. Membership is offered only to individuals, not to institutions or programs, so all NCoGS members are individuals involved in, or interested in, governor's school programs.

What kinds of memberships are available?

NCoGS offers three different types of memberships. Active and Associate Memberships may be selected by the individual petitioning for membership, while Honorary memberships are bestowed by the Board of Directors.

How does a governor's school become affiliated with NCoGS?

Every governor's school, once confirmed to be a summer residential governor's school program by the Executive Committee, is automatically an affiliated program of the National Conference of Governor's Schools.
