NJ - Governor's School of International Studies

A column titled "Reflections on NJ Governor's School" on the Westfield Patch, written by New Jersey Governor's School of International Studies alumna Jen Eisenberg, reflects on the "extremely valuable and rewarding" experience the program offered despite its abbreviated length.

I have been on several other summer programs, but Governor’s School was truly a unique bonding experience. There were only 30 students but there were no cliques and every single person befriended one another. I loved sitting with different students each and every meal. GSIS not only broadened my knowledge base, but I met an amazing group of people that I hope to remain friends with for a very long time.
